Paul Smout Technical Director/Lead Analyst Paul is qualified with a BSc in Physics,
he has 8 years experience in software development and
software project management. Paul has managed projects
on behalf of the UK Highways Agency (HA) producing systems
for control and monitoring of roadside hardware, and managed
projects working with Centrico to produce systems to share
real-time traffic flow data with transport authorities
within the EU. Paul has also lead projects for Clerical
Medical and British Telecom as well as performing design
and development of telecommunications network components
for Orange and Lucent Technologies.
