at short notice. We work hard to forge a long-term and
productive working relationship with our partners. Our
partners have access to all of our services with additional
benefits such being able to inquire about projected staff
availability for a future period and having the option
to reserve staff for a future project. Typically our partners
are other software houses who wish to expand their capacity
without the expense of recruitment and training. This
scheme allows them to negotiate contracts with their customers
safe in the knowledge that they have reserved sufficient
staff capacity with proven skills to cover the contract.
